Sharon Kant-Rauch: Women can model religious chutzpah [View all]

Some people say they aren’t religious because religion “does more harm than good.”

I’m always stunned by this analysis. The reason: it’s a sweeping denunciation of women.

Statistically, women are more religious than men. They have greater faith in God, pray and attend services more often, claim that religion is very important in their lives.

And they also do most of the work.
