The number goes even higher when you strip away some of the more violent ideology. Anti-Semites are about 12-15% in this country, about the same number in regards to racists (as it relates to African-Americans). If I remember correctly, it is slightly higher in regards to racist attitudes toward Latinos/Hispanics, but by only a few percentage points.

I agree the "no opinion" number is as disturbing as the "acceptable" number.

While these numbers seem relatively low, they can change quickly, and there are many more who may not "agree" but are what I term, "sympathetic" to bigotry (various kinds).
