No a "reflection." Oceans are blue because that is the wavelength of light that penetrates deepest and is reflected back to the surface.

Shallower seas are often green.

In those pictures, the colors are probably enhanced and jiggered to make non-visible light visible to our eyes. Probably how the black of deep space appears blue.
