4. Idiots. Amazing that they came up with that "we've proven that distance learning is not" ...

as effective" upon what, 1 study and 1 event? This hardly merits being used as the case study for pushing kids into schools prematurely , and potentially into harms' way. And how they did measure the 70% of the learning outside vs. in the classroom? How did they measure and/or come up w/ the stable home environment criteria and parents to ensure that the kids are learning etc.?

Something tells me that this is a crock full of fake numbers someone whipped together to justify this whole effect in the SD cause (and we'll see being used in other states too), so parents be very aware, you don't know where these numbers came from, etc., how many studies were cited, etc.
