The level of cynicism thst sort of strategy requires.

It requires think that POC are just too dumb to figure out that they're being played. That POC are so monolithic and thst their vote can be so taken for granted that one side of the campaign can attack Obama while the other side promises to continue his legacy.

It's disgusting.
