2016 Postmortem
In reply to the discussion: Anyone see a problem with MSNBC having a townhall for just Hillary Mon night? [View all]mikehiggins
(5,614 posts)128. No problem, really. Probably have very low ratings though.
Nothing to be done about it though. MSNBC is obviously in the tank for her, as is Tweetie and the Toad, and now, apparently Maddow to boot.
I don't even tune in anymore. CNN seems biased as well but there are occasional flashes of light that manage to make it through the haze every so often.
As a matter of fact, it seems like Faux is sort of drifting into the Reality Universe once in a while as well, though I really don't have the money to buy gold.
MSNBC? They are done.

The timing, the night before a big primary....and I'm sure Matthews will treat her with kid gloves

Late breaking voters haven't been voting for Clinton. I don't get the paranoia being displayed here.

The bias is so strong and obvious that I don't think it helps Hillary

There will be a Town Hall with Bernie and Chuck Todd before the one with Hillary and Matthews

Good to know but I still think the optics are bad. I hope Bernie mentions that separate THs were

Meh. Her fans, including Matthews, will swoon and get some uncontested, mostly false sound bites

I agree, TIMING IS EVERYTHING and I have no doubt Matthews will do his utmost

I'm sure you'd see it differenrly if it was Bernie who was being given free advertising...

I'm guessing the petition worked since Maddow says Bernie gets the first hour - good for petitioners
