His parents emigrated there from Poland during the war. Yes, he went to U. of Chicago. You can take him out of NYC, but you will never take NYC out of him.
Besides, he will never be a true Vermonter, as one has to be born here to qualify. Well, I will offer him citizenship here, and maybe you can likewise confer that status to him in NY?
