11. The sexist attitudes of many are precisely the reason we can't elect Hillary

Hillary as president would set back the movement tremendously. While I would LOVE to see a female president, I also realize we need to hold out for a truly great candidate - one so amazing that she just happens to be a woman, not one who is amazing *because* she is a woman. If the first woman we elect makes poor judgement calls, embroils the country in scandal, makes disastrous trade deals, and leaves us in a worse position than we started in, it will only be seen as "proof" that those sexist a'holes were right. And the whole movement will be set even further back.
