Of all the bullshit memes of this campaign this is the one that drives me the craziest.

Free stuff? So let me guess. The good old American way is to work for years to pay off your student debt. The good old American way is to get off your ass and find a company with a good health care plan. Otherwise you are screwed.

If this is your life, you got fucked by the American government. You are the sucker. You worked for a life that should have been easier. Don't bitch and moan because people are taking notice that all this stuff we work for years for is a birth "RIGHT" in almost every developed nation.

"Free stuff" is an uneducated, Republican world view. It's absolute bullcrap that a Progressive can look someone in the eye and say, "work for it kid. You wouldn't want to be one of those Canadian kids who has insurance and can get an affordable college education would you?"

All of us have been used by the American Government. We can bitch about it and pretend these "kids" don't know what the good old days were like. Or we can catch up with the rest of the civilized world.
