The final out in the ball game hasn't happened yet. It is still mathematically possible that Bernie Sanders will be the nominee. Unlikely, but possible. Age would not be an issue to his supporters. Why would it be for Mrs. Clinton, if she should become the nominee. No, it will not be an issue either way.
