Because, as a millennial, I don't want someone as President who can talk about the Cold War, Vietnam, and their flower child days back in the 1960's as if it were yesterday. First wave millennials like myself will finally be in a position where we will be able to run for President. In 2020 the first wave of millennials (those born in 1982) will be able to officially run for President. By 2024 they will be 42 years old.

Are we really going to keep millennials like myself out of office until we are well into our 50's or 60's? I don't think so. I'm honestly quite tired of all of the Baby Boomers and Silent Generation folks running the show and screwing our world up for us to have to come in and clean up after them. It's time for them to all retire to Florida, before it sinks beneath the ocean, because they didn't believe in Climate Change.
