lots, streets, etc. (Think all the videos and photos of the Tsarnaev brothers along the Boston Marathan route.) Many are audio capable as well.

Since Justice Brennan was on the bench, which was a long time ago, they've been using devices that can hear conversations inside your home or office from the street, so they don't even have to get inside to plant a "bug."

They can put a tracking device on your car.

They've been able to tap your phone since forever.

And only then do we get to all the computer/online crap.
