I think, hmmm, scalable fusion, maybe a durable human presence elsewhere in the Solar System, ending poverty, clean water for the world, developing new antibiotics....

a Manhattan Project to make sure no one can encrypt their snapchats and the FBI can monitor Tommy Chong's icloud photostream for pictures of pot smoking....

not the first thing that springs to mind.
