I'm not saying he did, but he hasn't explicitly said he hasn't either. Until Bernie Sanders says he didn't rape and murder a girl in 1990, then I don't think we can discount the idea either.

Think that's a stupid thing to say? Well, so is suggesting Bill Clinton is involved underage sex trafficking.
