At best this is debatable as an anti-Sanders attack ad. The article says he is not mentioned by name. Now there are some implied references to him, but also references which clearly have nothing to do with him.

It would be fair to bring up an ad like this in challenging her or spokespersons for the campaign concerning what she said, and ask how they would explain it. But I just can't get too excited about it, as the Bernie people haven't been all that excited about his record on gun control and such.
