Comney stated when asked "'We Do Investigations, Not Security Inquiries." He did say that to a Fox Reporter, but he could have said that to the WAPO, that is a statement.

And on May 11 he also said to Politico

FBI's Comey: I feel 'pressure' to quickly finish Clinton email probe

So there are a few statements, but those are not the ones that he is referring too, Instead he is trying to push a meme that is incorrect and dishonest. Nor am I surprised the poster in question has no idea that the FBI has made very few statement, They don't like to do that during an ongoing investigation, There have been some leaks, from unnamed sources, but what we do have are both Emails and an OIG report.

Anyway, facts do not matter to that poster.
