They're worried about the ongoing FBI criminal investigation which could derail her nomination, election and possible tenure.

As for the long term they see the writing on the wall in regards to the new generation's continuous progressive pull on the Democratic Party and away from corporate supremacy.

DLC/Third Way or whatever you want to call it, days are numbered.

The nation is changing and many if not most people's natural tendencies are to resist change, it pulls you out of your comfort zone, on the other hand it's the only way to grow either as a person or a people.
