I really don't see what more can be done for those who are highly invested in his campaign, until he acknowledges the legitimacy, and existence, of her win, and that his supporters need to figure out a way to work with her supporters, rather than seeing her and her supporters as a faceless wall of establishmentarian corporatism.

He's still acting as if Clinton's supporters are the obstacles to reforms, and the bad guys in his morality play. Until he drops the sanctimonious dismissal of the 55% of the party that didn't vote for him, and instead shows actual leadership, sorry the best we can do is pretend he doesn't exist. We can't treat him as an ally until he presents himself as such, so the best we can do is stop treating him like a foe.
