They did the same about the Tea Party taking over. Lots of hands on hips and puffed-up cheeks, but when it came to push, they pulled instead.

"Well, I never! ...But maybe just this once..."

Sacking Trump would be the worst thing hte Republican party could do to itself. I mean it would be great for us, but remember one important thing...

Republicans are not nearly as stupid as we like to think they are. Oh, they're scientifically ignorant and socially backwards and tend to believe in fairy tales and sky demons that even the religious of the world abandoned back in the B.C.E. times. But htey're still plenty smart in their own way and they know damn well that to cut the feet out from under their own voters is nothing but doom. Not just for this election, but for the midterms, and the next presidential as well.
