Trump's extremely mockable appearance is entirely created by him. And that's about the only reason I'd mock him for it, because he deliberately created it to stand out.

But I notice you're repeating your husband's impressions. Whether they are yours too I'm not sure of, but men judging women in power for their appearance isn't new.
