Tim Kaine seems like he has the EQ to have influence over the long term.
A stronger dose of progressivism (Warren or sanders) as VP probably would have been ignored by Hillary.
As far as the range of likely picks for her, he seems like a very good one.
I found Kaine's comment about knowing what it was like to have a dictator in the Honduras particularly fascinating.
I like the Jesuit schooling, the racial closeness, the awareness of the lives of the have nots, the readiness to confront the NRA all very positive.
