16. The idea that she has been considered to be not genuine

has always puzzled me. I know other women who are reserved in public. I'm that way myself. When I was a young girl, we were taught not to be as gregarious as men are. I've always liked her matter-of-fact approach to conducting public business. I supported the President in the last two elections and I used to get a little miffed with her in 2008. However, you could not fault her on her earnestness or her dedication, which was evident. It takes a sensitive and genuine person to deliver the nomination to President Obama with grace as she did in 2008. It takes a great heart to become a friend and confidante to the person who was your opponent. That alone should recommend her humanity to people.
