of where jobs are being outsourced (we call it transitioning) to low cost countries. I see these incredibly competent folks left with severance package, some find jobs (even better) but the ones those are in 50's, they really find hard... Our private sector always want to hire younger worker... we can run away but this is quite true in many situations. Why does Med Insurance company ask a company, average age and other details (male vs female) before giving a group insurance quote?

Jobs issue is systemic and unless we all ready to sit together and take a holistic view, its not going to move... HRC was the best to solve this but we lost, now the electorate against her have drained their future down the drain... they also took me and you with them.
