That is not the same as any criminal activity regarding Benghazi. If the Rethugs are going to continue to after Hillar on Benghazi then he needs to be standing right next to her. He was involved with Benghazi prior, during and after the attack. This is a whole other issue then the one he did the plea agreement on. Apples to oranges.
