"Well then find and fund a progressive candidate.." gets barked at you, and then when one is ready to go...they can't be bothered.
To hell with them. My money and time goes to good progressive candidates locally. The national money people get gobs of money, they can live without mine.

I went that way years ago. ActBlue is a great site for easily contributing to specific candidates.
