This is an attack on Bravenak, making light of a letter sent to her home by some anonymous individual. It was over the line, and here they are implying it wasn't threatening or real. This is offensive and rude about a Duer who can't respond because she is on time out.

Explanation: I have been a staunch supporter of Bravenak since the beginning of the "Alert stalking" saga. While I may disagree with how she approaches some topics, we share much common ground on the general content. I thought that her repetitive time-outs were done with malicious intent and relatively organized.

That said, I must make two statements. Firstly, while I may believe the letter is "real" in the sense that it exists, no proof has been offered to counteract claims to the contrary and little if any information has been made public; speculation is hardly "over the line", especially when there is obviously reasonable doubt given a lack of evidence. Secondly, Bravenak is currently posting on an alternative site, attacking DUers individually (making "shit lists" and "alert lists" targetting DUers) with a vitriol normally left for Free Republic or Conservative Cave. Member of DU or not, she is engaged in active, malicious activity deliberately targeting Democratic Underground with the intent of disruption of this website. It is with that in mind that, coupled with her "time out", I believe I can say that Bravenak is not a contributing or active member of DU, and is in fact trolling this community.

Trolls, by their nature of being trolls, are not subject to protection by the community standards I wish to maintain on this forum. I will not be hiding any juried post regardless of content that is directed at Bravenak; She is a disruptor and should be banned immediately for active collusion and intent to harm the members of Democratic Underground via off-site organized attacks.

I vote to leave it, though I would add that I do this reluctantly and with a heavy heart. I wish Bravenak wasn't driven to this, but her actions are her own and she must own them accordingly.
