13. I've been wondering exactly the same thing every since last Friday when the hearts were announced.

The message from Skinner last Friday said,

"Already a DU subscriber? You'll get some hearts to share -- we will send you a DU Mail message shortly with instructions."

I know that last year I didn't get them either, and after waiting several days I think I posted about it or asked somewhere on the site about it, and some were then allotted to me, and I then gave them away to deserving individuals. I tried to to use the site's Google search for any posting of mine from a year ago about that, but the Google search seems to miss about 95% or more of my posts, and doesn't bring up anything relevant from that time period.

I typically renew every year in early November, just before election day, as a patriotic act, and don't feel inclined to alter that timetable and donate more now just to get some hearts. But if I were to be allotted some hearts, I'd again give them away to those deserving.

Where might we direct a query about this to the Powers That Be that might get a response?
