4. It's much simpler if you use it as your avatar.

Click on "My Profile" on the righthand side at the top of the page.

On your profile page, scroll down to "my avatar" & click on it.

Click on the "Slogans" category to find the equality picture. Click on it & it will download as your new avatar.

For my signature line, I downloaded the avatar properties to my photo-sharing account (Photobucket) & pasted the link from Photobucket into the signature line on my profile page. There might be an easier way to do it, but that's the way I did it.
