...a veteran, but he is not an active duty LCDR. The USCG Global Address List shows him to be misrepresenting himself in that regard.

Even if the CG personnel database is "classified" or whatever nonsense story he may try to excuse him not being represented in it, don't think he is a Coastie Officer though. His disrespect for his co-workers and subordinate enlisted shows he is not what he claims.
