They go out of their way to spoil your day. It's not business, it's pleasure; Zimmerman with a gun AND money.

There are ALWAYS people behind those corporate veils, and most of them are callous. But the ones at the top usually qualify as evil, and the better they are at being evil, the further down the corporate ladder the evil grows.

Don't ever believe that crap about it not being personal. It's VERY personal.
