(37,069 posts)37. If I learned anything growing up in Wisconsin (where Vince Lombardi coached) -
it is that you never, ever, ever give up. Ever.
You meet, you put up signs, you call, you go door to door. Yes, SC and Texas are long shots. SC with AA vote, Texas with AA and Latino votes. But Bernie is smashing conventional wisdom and folks are showing us that they are individuals capable of making up their own minds. We'll see how it all shakes out.
Worst case - it's what we expect in these so-called "SEC" states, we all send in a few more small donations, and Bernie moves on to the states where he's more favored.

Ya - I think so. I heard Hillary is running ads non-stop there and Bernie is not.

Believe it, and same for most Super Tuesday states. Bernie needs more volunteers now!
