In that scenario, Sanders is the most likely candidate, since he did the heavy lifting. Trying to insert Biden at the last minute would create a rebellion and hand the election to Trump.

Personally, I think any bad news from the FBI will come in October when it can do maximum damage to Clinton. Once more I point out that the GOP absolutely LOATHES HRC.
