6. That "rule" is very upsetting. Who do we have to put pressure on to change that rule?

It's upsetting but not a surprise. The DNC and Wash DC Democratic Power machine wants Clinton. IMO they "talked" Sen Warren out of the race. Probably explained that without their help she wouldn't win the nomination. A threat like that wouldn't work against Sen Sanders, who has, again IMO, decided to go "all-in". Good for him but he will be fighting the DNC.
