Ours is pretty simple: it's an open primary. Easy to vote in IF you register to vote (and, as a Southern state, yes, the GOP has tried to restrict who can vote with IDs, etc.)

I was just relaying that I thought educating new voters about how and when and where to caucus or primary is key. Many of Bernie's supporters are new to voting.
