I don't agree. I think almost every time anyone categorize people by skin color or race to say something negative about the behavior of all (even most) people of that skin color, your statement is stereotyping and racist. I also understand that some think my prior sentence is racist as well, making it a closed circle: Certain groups cannot possible be racist and anyone who disagree with that is racist. Hence, this is a self contained world in which only people who are not African American can be racist. I don't believe that and if that believe makes me racist in some eyes, I can't help that.
