(10,539 posts)42. Welcome to the party Pal!!!
When I was banned I didn't know I was replying in the HRC group (my bad, but in my defense, I never had to look before either). I will say that I went off on HRC (justifiably so), so I guess I deserved being banned from a group who will only look at their candidate through rose colored glasses.
While I am a Bernie supporter, I try to look objectively at his actions, statements, and overall conduct. I don't succeed 100% of the time, but do the best that I can to stay objective. In preparing a case for trial, it is good practice to try to look at everything form the viewpoint of, "What will an average jury think of this?" I try to do the same with both Bernie and HRC with the "average" voter.
My average voter is unfortunately not very well informed, and is quite often, mis-informed. This is the reason that Bernie feels the need to keep pounding home the same limited message in his rare TV appearances. There are so many who hear him for the first time, each time he has an appearance, he has to hit the high points. If he was covered to the extent of a Trump, or even HRC, he could have the luxury to dig deeper into his issues.
Being critical of who you support is every bit as necessary as for someone you don't. Sadly, too many are quick to excuse weakness or failures. They overlook critical issues that don't make their candidate look good, it's a part of human nature. The HRC group seems to take this to a new level though. I, like most other banned members, am proud to be kicked out of such a myopic, insular group!

It seems that HRC is acheiving a division in the Democratic Party, but not too fast.
