and the host was doing the usual "he's only winning because of name recognition and people think he's electable" routine. Then he flogged a New Republic article called "The Electability Monster." Well the author was there and said the pundits got it wrong as they often do, as their standards are often irrelevant to what the electorate is looking for. That's when he mentioned the gaffe standard which doesn't mean much these days. But pundits act like it's a deal breaker.



If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
