I don’t see how redistricting plays any role in the electoral college. The redrawing of districts has been devastating but it mainly gains advantages in the house. One cannot change the overall population of a state(electoral college) by way of redistributing.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
