His version of UBI stacks with many types of benefits. The only change to existing benefit programs would be due to attrition from people who choose to forgo those benefits in favor of UBI.

That same change is included as an expected reduction in current costs in Bernie's FJG program. It's just different ways to get there.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
