19. what would they be doing differently if the filibuster were totally gone

The GOP likes to do three things, staff the government with ideologues, cut taxes, and increase defense spending. Two of the three are now immune from the filibuster and the third they can get Dems to go along with.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
