5. Americans are ready for policy because they've had enough of incompetence

I still think we'll see Biden-Klobuchar. It caters a lot to 2016's midwestern inattention, but I do think the VP choice should bring something to the Electoral College aspect of winning.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
