It would seem logical to keep a similar provision in any expanded Medicare scheme (I do understand that logic is not always the primary consideration in developing legislation).

Do you recall any more specifics about what you heard regarding Tricare? Was it based on some particular proposed legislation?

I have Tricare. There are absolutely copays, deductibles,networks, and no vision or dental coverage.
