Have you already forgotten how Russia and Cambridge Analytica successfully micro targeted and manipulated 77,000 voters in the Rust Belt in 2016?
Because of the evidence from recent history, I take your anecdote about "concern with Warren" on social media with a huge grain of salt...there was lots of "concern about Hillary" on social media in 2016...
