119. No, Biden is right. The president shouldn't decide who should be prosecuted.

That's Trump's attitude - prosecuting his political enemies. Biden made the correct point that the DoJ and Attorney General should be independent from the president and make their own decisions based on the law.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
