147. Booker good on gentrification and low income families losing homes. We have an epidemic of

foreclosures across the nation. Many middle income folks paying on homes for years face the threat of losing them to a job loss, disability, missed property tax deadlines, and need help to stay in them. This need is one reason I favor more conservative debt relief on student loans, not wholesale amnesty which includes those able to pay principal.

Income driven policies should address low income needs and families first. Rolling back on interest on
student debt would help because it is the exploding due to compound interest that creates the bulk of the burden.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
