at Biden and to do so right after bragging about his own "intimate bond" with the electorate, especially in Iowa?

I can't imagine Obama doing either of those things, as the Politico story claims he did:

With one candidate, he pointed out that during his own 2008 campaign, he had an intimate bond with the electorate, especially in Iowa, that he no longer has. Then he added, “And you know who really doesn’t have it? Joe Biden.”

Either Lizza made this up, or the unnamed candidate or an unnamed source in the unnamed candidate's campaign made this up.

This story has ZERO credibility.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
