(4,558 posts)Just as I've supported Biden despite the Iraq war vote.
Or Bernie despite my firm belief that he's a core reason we have Trump in the first place.
Or Senator Warren despite her having been a Republican as well in the past.
Or
It's about the swing states and who they will be willing to turn out and support come the GE.
So yes, I am willing to forgive Bloomberg the $17 million he's donated to boost Republicans since 2012 out of the $86 million he's spent on candidates from all walks.
If he does turn out to be the one strongest against Trump in those swing states, I'm a Bloomberg supporter.
If the next round of polling proves my intuitions wrong, I'll have Biden back in my signature.. or Warren if her polling in those states pulls ahead, or even BS if his are pulling ahead, and I have a deep-seated disdain of Bernie held over from 2016.. bordering on hostile hatred, but if he's got the best chance of pulling the swing states, I'll swallow that hatred and support.
Trump has got to go, and the senate has made it clear they will not convict on any house impeachment.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
