I think too many are forgetting what a polarizing figure Clinton was and continues to be.

Many voters flat out said they voted for Trump precisely because they hated Hillary Clinton.

It doesn't' matter whether she deserved that scorn. Hell part of the problem with honest criticism of the Clintons is first weeding out all the untrue crap.

Sanders didn' t have that problem.
Sure some of this support among Republicans was probably trolling by people who never intended to vote Democrat.

But given how popular he continues to be even among Republicans, how much support he has in red States, it seems fair to say many of those cross over voters were sincere.

In short, the 2016 election was the largest game of "Would You Rather" in human history.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
