This memorandum was designed for use in a democratic primary but was never used. This material is old and there are some newer stuff that would be used against sanders such the booing of John Lewis at the national convention if a candidate decided to go negative on sanders. The ioppo research contained in this memorandum are issues that would matter to Democratic primary voters. trump has his own oppo file on sanders that contains very effective material to be used in a general election.

No Democratic candidate is currently using this information to my knowledge because no one really believes that sanders will be the nominee. If somehow sanders became a serious threat to win the nomination, you will see the data in this memorandum and other stuff used. If sanders somehow becomes the nominee, trump will be using a different set of material including videos of sanders praising Castro, Central American socialist leaders who were hostile to the US and the old Soviet Union.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
