We're hiring someone for a very important job. We need all of the information relevant to how they would perform on the job that we can get during the primaries.
If she wanted to be divisive, she would have waited until after the primary in the event that he got the primary.
But she didn't.
In any case, people have been talking about what it's like to work with Bernie Sanders for years, so it's not like this is surprising.

Barney Frank made similar observations about working with Bernie during their time together in Congress.
Mickey Hirten, the editor of the Burlington Free Press while Bernie was mayor, talked about his difficulties in working with people then.
Bernie's supporters say that they like that he doesn't change, so this shouldn't be a surprise to them, nor will they consider it to be a negative.
